You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner while using our facilities. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your membership. This includes respecting other members, staff, and the equipment.

4. Payment and Fees:

Membership fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by ASVBD MUSCULATION.

5. Termination:

ASVBD MUSCULATION reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions. You may terminate your membership by providing written notice as per the membership agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

ASVBD MUSCULATION shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our facilities or services. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, loss of property, or any other damages.
